1.Slime Derviche:  Un slime derviche es un turbulento manojo de energía giratorio con forma de slime. Los slimes derviches se encuentran comúnmente en el Desierto de Cristal, rondando por las polvorientas dunas a alta velocidad sobre pequeños torbellinos.
Una cosa es segura: a dondequiera que el slime derviche necesite ir, llegará de prisa.
Riesgo al Ranchero
Los slimes derviches pueden causar caos total en un rancho si no se les cuida apropiadamente. Además de sus frecuentes paseos a alta velocidad sobre torbellinos recolectando objetos por el camino, un slime derviche altamente agitado puede producir ciclones de aire gigantes que aspiran y lazan casi todo lo que tocan.
¡Cuando los ciclones rugen por todo tu rancho, hay muy poco que puedas hacer además de prepararte para el caos que sigue!


2.Slime Mosaico: El slime mosaico toma su nombre del rutilante despliegue de mosaicos de cristal que cubren su cuerpo. Este cristal produce una anomalía similar encontrada en el desierto mismo, lo que hace que el slime mosaico sea bello, pero bastante peligroso.
Riesgo al Ranchero
Los slime mosaico pueden ser muy peligrosos para el ranchero sin preparar. Sus mosaicos de cristal crean un efecto iridiscente en la luz del día que atrae a otros slimes hacia ellos. No se sabe por qué los slimes exhiben este comportamiento, pero la teoría principal indica que 'las cosas que brillan son chéveres'.
Aún más peligroso, el slime mosaico puede producir destellos en el espacio a su alrededor; anomalías solares extremadamente altas que crecen en intensidad antes de flotar a la tierra y explotar en llamas. Estos destellos pueden ser apagados con un poco de agua, pero la mejor manera de reducir su aparición es asegurarse que tus slimes mosaico estén bien alimentados y que no estén agitados.


3.Slime Fuego: Los slimes fuego son una raza especial de slime que vive en pilas de ceniza. Los slimes fuego comen casi de todo, pero no sin que haya sido hecho cenizas primero. La única manera de alimentar a los slime fuego es usar un incinerador con una mejora de comedero de ceniza.
Los slimes fuego necesitan las cenizas para sobrevivir y rápidamente se apagan si se dejan en cualquier otra superficie por mucho tiempo. Cuando se tiene a los slime fuego en un comedero de ceniza, simplemente quema cualquier alimento para producir cenizas y llenar el comedero.
Riesgo al Ranchero
El estado natural llameante de los slimes fuego los hace muy malos compañeros para otros slimes ya que una feroz quemadura pondrá a volar al slime. Además, los slime fuego necesitan mantenerse en un comedero de ceniza bajo un incinerador o se apagarán rápidamente. Si necesitas lidiar con los slimes de fuego directamente, una salpicada de agua fresca apagará el fuego por corto tiempo. 

4.Slime Maraña: Aunque el slime maraña se puede ver inocente con su amplia sonrisa y colorida flor sobre la cabeza, es en realidad un feroz depredador con un gran apetito por deliciosa carne. El slime maraña obtuvo su nombre de las ondulantes enredaderas que puede producir para agarrar cosas en su entorno.
No se conoce la causa de que el slime maraña se haya convertido en tan feroz depredador en los estériles baldíos del Desierto de Cristal. Sin embargo, si la tierra alguna vez se asemejó al exuberante verdor de los oasis que tiene dentro, tal vez el slime maraña evolucionó en un entorno muy diferente al que ves ahora.
Riesgo al Ranchero
El slime maraña puede ser problemático en el rancho si no se alimenta bien en todo momento. El slime maraña no solo puede hacer túneles bajo tierra para arrebatar comida y plorts de afuera de su corral, sino que las flores en su cabeza pueden producir una nube de polvo nocivo que causa que otros slimes tengan ataques de estornudos.
Cuando los slimes estornudan por causa del polen, su agitación se eleva rápidamente lo que causa explosiones de slime búm, espina del slime cristal y nerviosismo por todos lados.

5.Slime Dorado:El Slime Dorado es un slime de Slime Rancher. Junto al Alquitrrán y al Slime Suertudo, es el único slime que no se puede capturar totalmente, pero curiosamente se puede hacer estallar un gordo dorado en el rancho al lado de un escenario slime para que el slime dorado se quede allí hasta que tenga mucha hambre y se vaya.
Slimeología
El más elusivo y buscado de todas las especies de slime es sin duda el slime dorado. Se conoce muy poco acerca de estas escurridizas criaturas ya que han probado ser imposibles de capturar. Los slimes dorados son rápidos como un rayo e inmediatamente empiezan a escapar de los rancheros que avistan. Si un ranchero espera tener beneficios de un encuentro con un slime dorado, deberán pensar rápido.
